Another feather on the PDL’s cap was the
visit of the Nippon Foundation representative, Miss Hiroko, as well as the CSB
Administrator, Miss Techie (and the two SLIs, Miss Joy and Mr. Bayani). It was
an experience of heartfelt encounters, and the students and teachers were
admirable in their expressed desires for themselves, and for the school they
