For New Students – High School

- Should be 16 years old or above 

- Accomplished Enrollment Form
- Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)

- Form 138 (Report Card)
- Form 137 (Transcript of Records, Original and Photocopy)

- Certificate of Good Moral Character from former school

- 5 ID Picture: 1”x 1” (with white background) 
- X-ray results
- Must pass the entrance test and screening process (Sign Language and Basic Academic Performance Assessment)
-  Passing Standardized Test Scores

March 17-27, April 6 - May 23 (9:30am-4pm)

Testing Days:

April 15 & 29, and May 13 & 27

Release of Test Results and Enrollment:

May 10 & 31, and June 6

Start of SUMMER BRIDGE PROGRAM:

June 3 to 14
