Meisei Gakuen School for the Deaf visit LSGH ANHS PDL

In coordination with SDEAS, an official visit of two teachers from Meisei Gakuen School for the Deaf, was held last August 7, 2013 at LSGH ANHS PDL. In particular, they plan to send 20 of their students and fellow teachers this coming October for exposure to various Deaf school programs as well as our partner schools and to allow them the opportunity to interact with our Deaf students. Hence, the advance team intends to do site visits prior to the October trip of their students and their fellow teachers.

Meisei Gakuen School for the Deaf is the only private first bilingual-bicultural school for the Deaf in Japan. This said school supports the acquisition of two languages, Japanese Sign Language and Japanese.
